As the Digital Solutions Manager, you will be the architect of our digital strategy. You will identify and implement cutting-edge technologies—from Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transport Management Systems (TMS)—to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and deliver superior value to our customers.
This is a high-impact leadership position where you will manage a talented team of IT and digital professionals. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to align technology initiatives with corporate goals. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value will be key to your success.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of digital projects from conception to deployment. This includes managing budgets, evaluating vendors, and ensuring our technology stack remains best-in-class. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and the adoption of new methodologies like Agile and DevOps.
Reporting directly to the Regional Head of IT, you will have a seat at the table in shaping business strategy. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the comprehensive digital transformation roadmap for Rohlig's operations in the region.
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and deployment of automation technologies (RPA, AI, ML) to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Oversee the administration, optimization, and integration of core logistics platforms, including WMS, TMS, and ERP systems (SAP).
- Build and mentor a high-performing digital solutions team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Develop and implement a robust data analytics and business intelligence framework to support strategic decision-making.
- Establish strong relationships with technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure all digital initiatives adhere to cybersecurity policies, data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA), and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT and digital solutions, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within logistics, supply chain, or a 3PL environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale digital transformation and automation initiatives.
- Strong technical proficiency in logistics technologies (SAP S/4HANA, WMS, TMS) and automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and project management frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to identifying opportunities and measuring impact.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a strong plus for engaging with regional teams and customers.
