- Design and develop comprehensive test solutions for digital semiconductor products
- Create automated test scripts using Python/Perl for validation workflows
- Execute functional, performance, and regression testing on digital systems
- Analyze test data to identify root causes of failures and implement fixes

- Document test procedures, results, and quality metrics
- Maintain and optimize test infrastructure for efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of digital testing experience in semiconductor industry
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl, TCL)
- Knowledge of digital design verification methodologies
- Experience with test automation frameworks and JTAG/BIST
- Familiarity with communication protocols (USB, PCIe, Ethernet)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
