- Onboard new clients and provide comprehensive training on our POS system
- Deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and remotely
- Solve technical challenges and answer client questions about system functionality
- Gather client feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Continuously refine training materials and methodologies
- Develop training documentation and educational resources
- Collaborate with product team to relay client insights and feature requests
- Track client training progress and success metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in training, teaching, or customer education
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Proficiency with digital tools and willingness to learn technical systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training schedules
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or POS systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
