You will drive the digital agenda across the Asia-Pacific region, partnering with global stakeholders to implement cutting-edge technologies that enhance operational efficiency and sustainability. This is a pivotal role for someone who combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for digital innovation. You will oversee the roadmap for Industry 4.0 initiatives, digitalizing complex chemical manufacturing processes, and fostering a culture of digital excellence within the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the regional digital transformation strategy aligned with global goals.
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement advanced technologies (IoT, AI, Analytics) in manufacturing.
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to identify business opportunities for digitalization.
- Oversee the integration of digital platforms (ERP, MES, CRM) across APAC sites.
- Drive change management and train teams on new digital tools and processes.
- Monitor market trends and propose innovative solutions to improve operational KPIs.
- Manage budgets and resources for digital initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or Information Technology.
- Proven experience (8-10+ years) in Digital Transformation or IT leadership within the Manufacturing/Chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, and digital manufacturing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-border projects and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English (business proficiency) and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems is highly desirable.
- MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
