Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable digital workplace solutions, focusing on M365, SharePoint, Teams, and related productivity suites.
- Develop and maintain the architectural roadmap for employee mobility, remote collaboration, and secure access management.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize desktop management, OS deployment, and patch management strategies globally.
- Collaborate with Security Operations to integrate zero-trust architecture into the end-user computing environment.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for unified communication platforms, driving system performance and user adoption.
- Evaluate emerging workplace technologies to drive innovation and operational efficiency across the organization.
- Provide tier-three technical leadership for complex infrastructure escalations impacting the digital workplace.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure architecture or systems engineering.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), and Intune management.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying large-scale identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and cloud infrastructure integration.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, TOGAF, or CISSP) are highly preferred.
