Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and manage DEX platforms including Tanium DEX, Nexthink, Nanoheal, and Lakeside SysTrack
- Monitor and optimize digital workplace performance using real-time analytics and user experience metrics
- Design and deploy scalable endpoint management solutions for hybrid work environments
- Collaborate with IT operations to resolve complex technical issues affecting digital workflows
- Develop automation scripts for system provisioning, patch management, and compliance monitoring
- Create documentation for system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Stay current with emerging DEX technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience with DEX platforms (Tanium DEX, Nexthink, Nanoheal, or Lakeside SysTrack)
- Strong knowledge of endpoint management, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or similar automation technologies
- Experience with enterprise security frameworks and compliance standards
- Certifications in IT service management or cloud technologies preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
