Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digitalisation and automation projects from concept to deployment.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using PLC, SCADA, or IoT technologies.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to optimize engineering workflows.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure high system availability.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digitalisation or automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Strong knowledge of industrial control systems and embedded systems.
- Experience with Industry 4.0 concepts and smart manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
