We are seeking a visionary Digitalisation & Automation Product Engineer to join Custera O and M and lead the digital transformation of the Transportation Infrastructure sector. In this strategic role, you will take ownership of the product roadmap, identifying critical opportunities where Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation can revolutionize Operations and Maintenance (O&M).
Your core mission will be to bridge the gap between complex physical infrastructure and cutting-edge software solutions. You will drive the coordination of hardware-software integration, ensuring that digital products are not only scalable but also robust and efficient. We are looking for a technical leader who can translate complex business needs into innovative engineering solutions, ultimately enhancing safety and operational efficiency across the network.
Tanggung Jawab
- Own and define the product roadmap for digitalization and automation specifically within Transportation Infrastructure O&M.
- Identify, design, and implement AI-driven use cases to optimize daily operations and predictive maintenance workflows.
- Lead the technical coordination between hardware engineering teams and software developers for seamless integration.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical analysis to drive innovation in smart infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to deployment and performance monitoring.
- Drive user adoption and gather feedback loops to continuously improve product features and user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in product engineering, digitalization, or automation within the infrastructure or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning algorithms, and their practical application in industrial environments.
- Demonstrated experience in hardware-software integration and systems engineering.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
