Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end digitalization projects, from conceptualization to deployment and optimization.
- Analyze existing manufacturing workflows to identify and implement automation opportunities that enhance production efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering departments to integrate IoT, data analytics, and cloud-based systems into daily operations.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget requirements to ensure seamless delivery.
- Provide training and technical support to staff during the transition to new digital platforms and automated tools.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project success and operational ROI.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations while introducing new technologies to the floor.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation, automation, or software implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, smart manufacturing, and systems integration.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools.
