Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and steam dimsum according to authentic recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food safety compliance and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with kitchen team for ingredient inventory and supply management
- Present dishes attractively and maintain visual appeal of dimsum offerings
- Assist in developing seasonal dimsum specials and menu innovations
- Train new team members on dimsum preparation techniques
- Monitor customer feedback and adjust preparation methods accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Experience in dimsum preparation or similar Asian cuisine preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure kitchen environments
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in food preparation
- Basic understanding of Indonesian and dimsum ingredients
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina for extended standing and multitasking
