- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming smile and provide menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar team.
- Present orders to guests and ensure satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Clear tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or digital transactions.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waitress, Server, or in the Hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and billing.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is preferred.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
