- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve orders promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen stations, and restrooms at all times.
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating according to company standards and recipes.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed to minimize waste.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or food service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and work under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
