In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile, or the backbone of our operations, keeping our kitchen running smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage seating arrangements, and provide menus with a friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to tables, ensuring presentation is top-notch and all dietary needs are met.
- Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, plating, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Ensure all dining and kitchen areas adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Monitor tables for cleanliness and replenish supplies (napkins, water, condiments) as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally to ensure a memorable dining experience.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant management is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle pressure efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
