Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily dining room operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of guest service.
- Lead, train, and mentor service staff to maintain consistent service quality and professional conduct.
- Manage inventory levels, including procurement, stock rotation, and regular audits to minimize shrinkage.
- Develop and implement operational budgets and P&L strategies to drive store profitability.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Monitor food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure full compliance with health department regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, labor costs, and operational challenges for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a restaurant or dining management role.
- Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and controlling food/labor costs.
