Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily dining room operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of guest service.
  • Lead, train, and mentor service staff to maintain consistent service quality and professional conduct.
  • Manage inventory levels, including procurement, stock rotation, and regular audits to minimize shrinkage.
  • Develop and implement operational budgets and P&L strategies to drive store profitability.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure full compliance with health department regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, labor costs, and operational challenges for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a restaurant or dining management role.
  • Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and controlling food/labor costs.
  • Deep commitment to customer service excellence and operational safety standards.
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
