Tanggung Jawab

  • Directly manage all front-of-house operations, including opening/closing procedures, staffing, and service flow, to deliver a flawless dining experience.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of servers, hosts, and bussers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement service standards, beverage programs, and guest interaction protocols that align with the restaurant's brand identity.
  • Monitor and manage budget, labor costs, and inventory to maximize profitability while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Proactively handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with diplomacy and urgency, turning potential issues into positive outcomes.
  • Partner with the Executive Chef to ensure flawless communication between the kitchen and dining room, coordinating timing and special requests.
  • Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven leadership experience as a Dining Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
  • Deep understanding of fine dining service standards, wine pairings, and upselling techniques.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
  • Highly proficient in restaurant management software, POS systems (e.g., Micros, Toast, or similar), and MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen with experience in P&L management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as demanded by the business.
