- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, presenting menus, and taking food and beverage orders
- Upsell menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase restaurant revenue
- Efficiently manage POS orders, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with the kitchen staff
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely food and beverage service
- Maintain clean and organized dining stations, tables, and service areas
- Restock supplies, including condiments, utensils, and other necessary items
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during peak hours
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Proficiency in using POS systems and other restaurant technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
