Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards and guest preferences are met.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table setting, clearing, and resetting.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe dining environment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in hospitality are a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment is highly preferred, but passionate entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
