- Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive dining assistance and prompt order fulfillment
- Maintain immaculate dining areas, including table setup, cleanliness, and sanitization protocols
- Process orders efficiently using POS systems while ensuring accuracy in food preparation requests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate seamless service flow during peak hours
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and upsell bakery specialties and beverages
- Execute opening/closing procedures including inventory management and stock rotation
- Adhere to food safety standards and maintain HACCP compliance in all service areas
- Train new staff members on service standards and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in food service, restaurant, or café environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and extended evening shifts
- Proficiency in POS systems and order management software
- Physical stamina required for standing, walking, and carrying trays up to 10kg
