Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and escort guests to their tables upon arrival.
- Present menus, provide detailed information about dishes, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, sanitized, and properly set up according to restaurant standards.
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
- Handle guest concerns or requests with professionalism, patience, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Process customer payments and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Food, Beverage, or Restaurant service.
- Proven expertise in table service and guest management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training in hospitality.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and cash handling.
