Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them in an organized manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area throughout the shift.
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining the presentation of the service station.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well under pressure.
