Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements to ensure optimal table turnover.
- Process customer orders accurately through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and vouchers with high precision and integrity.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and cashier station.
- Assist service staff in delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor inventory levels of dining essentials and report replenishment needs.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Proven experience in a restaurant, cafe, or retail environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move efficiently within a busy restaurant setting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency in using standard POS systems and digital payment platforms.
