In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for taking accurate food and beverage orders, coordinating seamlessly with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and seat them at their assigned tables with a welcoming demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen.
- Clean and set tables according to strict health and safety standards before each service.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
- Clean tables and reset them efficiently for the next guests.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and move around for long periods.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
