This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary package (₱18,000 – ₱19,000 per month) plus opportunities for growth within a leading hospitality organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Provide attentive service, anticipating guest needs by refilling drinks and clearing plates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining area throughout your shift.
- Upsell menu items and effectively communicate daily specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless service flow.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent (College level is an advantage).
- Previous experience in a casual dining or fast-paced restaurant environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and handle the physical demands of the role.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a high-energy environment.
- Must be a resident of Pasig City or willing to relocate immediately.
