Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm hospitality
- Present menus and explain food/beverage offerings accurately
- Take precise orders using POS systems and communicate efficiently with kitchen staff
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address concerns or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, tables, and service stations
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit card transactions securely
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
- Positive attitude and ability to remain composed under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- High school diploma or equivalent
