- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen
- Present menus and explain food items and specials to customers
- Ensure dining areas are clean, well-organized, and properly set
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and according to service standards
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Assist with maintaining inventory of dining supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Positive attitude and customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
