- Provide professional table service including greeting, seating, and order taking
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service coordination
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for operational readiness
Kualifikasi
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Positive attitude with commitment to exceptional service
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
