Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and escort guests to their tables, providing a professional first impression.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer informed recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Monitor guest needs throughout the meal, providing proactive beverage refills and assistance.
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash/card transactions with high integrity.
- Address and resolve guest concerns immediately to ensure a positive dining outcome.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Server or Dining Staff in a casual or fine dining environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of performance in a high-pressure setting.
- Strong attention to detail regarding food presentation and guest preferences.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation protocols, and hygiene standards.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Residency in or near Santa Rosa City, Laguna is an advantage.
- Possesses a professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
