Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional table service with professionalism and attentiveness to all guests
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Maintain immaculate dining area cleanliness and table presentation
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order fulfillment
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Execute opening/closing procedures including table setup and sanitization
- Assist in inventory management of dining supplies and equipment
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate; college education or hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year food service experience in casual dining environment
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume settings
- Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical stamina for extended standing and carrying trays (max 10kg)
