Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, providing menus and offering beverage suggestions.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery.
- Present food and beverages to guests, checking for any allergies or special requests.
- Clear tables efficiently and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area throughout the shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues with a positive and professional attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and safety protocols.
