Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide detailed menu explanations, offering suggestions and answering questions about ingredients or preparation.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process payments using the POS system.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and set to our establishment's standards before and during service.
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.
- Maintain deep knowledge of daily specials, wine pairings, and signature dishes.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service setting is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure, especially during peak hours.
- Strong commitment to punctuality, reliability, and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to dining room maintenance.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
