- Supervise daily dining room operations including staff scheduling and task delegation
- Train and develop servers/bussers on service standards, menu knowledge, and safety protocols
- Monitor service quality and address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service and timing
- Manage inventory control, supply ordering, and cost management for dining operations
- Implement health and safety regulations to maintain compliance and cleanliness

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or hotel dining supervision
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution capabilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure service environments
- Basic proficiency in inventory management and POS systems
