Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, presenting menus, and taking accurate food/beverage orders
- Ensure dining areas are immaculately maintained, clean, and properly set according to establishment standards
- Coordinate efficiently with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions securely
- Provide detailed menu knowledge and make personalized recommendations based on guest preferences
- Address and resolve guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and service protocols consistently
Kualifikasi
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to create positive guest interactions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
