Alpro Physio, a premier private healthcare center founded in 2017, is dedicated to delivering excellence in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and sports medicine. We are on the lookout for passionate Diploma in Physiotherapy graduates to join our growing team in Ipoh, Perak.
This full-time role offers a rewarding salary of RM 2,000 – RM 2,500 per month, comprehensive training, and mentorship from seasoned professionals. As a fresh graduate, you will gain hands-on experience in patient assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and holistic care management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to design individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercise programs, and electrotherapy.
- Track patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure integrated care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of best practices.

Tanggung Jawab
- Carry out comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to determine patient needs.
- Design and implement tailored treatment plans incorporating manual therapy, exercise, and electrotherapy.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
- Provide patient education on injury prevention and self-management.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols.
- Participate in team meetings and clinical audits.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior clinical placement experience is an advantage.
- Registered with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC) or eligible for registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-centered approach with a passion for rehabilitation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Ipoh, Perak.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical software.
