Join Hartalega as a Dipping Supervisor and lead critical manufacturing operations in our advanced production facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily dipping operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Train and mentor team members on safe operating procedures and best practices
- Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions for process deviations
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment servicing and calibration
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory control for dipping chemicals and consumables
- Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management review
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and environmental compliance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in supervisory roles within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of dipping processes and quality control methodologies
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational efficiency
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems and process monitoring
- Certification in occupational safety (e.g., OSHA) is advantageous
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
