Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and acquire new customers to expand the bank's market share in the Semarang region.
  • Educate potential clients on OCBC NISP’s retail products, including savings accounts, credit cards, and personal loans.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Execute proactive sales activities to meet or exceed individual and team monthly targets.
  • Provide comprehensive financial consultations to help customers choose products that align with their needs.
  • Coordinate with internal branch teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer feedback in the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Fresh graduates (Bachelor's degree from any major) or experienced professionals with a passion for sales.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High level of self-motivation, target-oriented mindset, and resilience.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Willingness to conduct field visits and engage in direct client interaction.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Familiarity with the local market and business landscape in Semarang.
