Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients and prospects
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Present product solutions and conduct persuasive product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements effectively
- Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive products
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in consumer retail
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
