Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect new clients to expand our subscriber base.
- Conduct direct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Maintain deep knowledge of current cellular products, plans, and promotional offers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and product troubleshooting guidance.
- Prepare regular sales reports and feedback on market trends to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education of High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in direct sales, retail, or field marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and target-oriented mindset.
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Willing to work on the field and adapt to dynamic retail environments.
- Possess a neat appearance and a professional attitude.
- Reside in or willing to work in the Bekasi Selatan area.
