Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively promote and sell credit cards and Aeon Member Plus Card products to potential customers
- Ensure all loan applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies before submission
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting and closing techniques
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge to customers, highlighting key benefits and features
- Prepare and submit daily sales activity reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 1-2 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with proven sales track record
- Self-motivated individual with target-driven mindset and resilience
- Basic computer literacy for CRM systems and reporting tools
- Valid Malaysian driving license (if field sales required)
- Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
