Tanggung Jawab
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand Bnetfit's subscriber base.
- Conduct direct outreach and product demonstrations to potential customers in assigned areas.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as defined by the management team.
- Represent Bnetfit with professionalism and deep product knowledge during all client interactions.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the supervisor.
- Participate in regular team meetings and sales training sessions to refine sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in direct sales, field marketing, or retail customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
- Possess a professional appearance and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to navigate and work effectively across various locations in Jakarta.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
