Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell telecommunications products and services to potential clients in East Jakarta.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and sales leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and update customer databases regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in direct sales, preferably within the Telecommunications or Retail sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (Sim A) is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends if required.
- Resilience and a goal-oriented mindset.
