Tanggung Jawab
- Directly manage and facilitate KPR/KPA sales transactions for prospective clients
- Expand and maintain a robust network of potential clients through proactive outreach
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate mortgage solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and referrals
- Stay updated on mortgage products, interest rates, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of mortgage applications
- Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, with preference for bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in financial services or real estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with mortgage products and banking regulations in Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
