- Develop and execute direct sales strategies for civil engineering and infrastructure projects
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in Jakarta's construction sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients
- Present technical project solutions and negotiate contract terms
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align sales approaches with project requirements
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in direct sales or business development (construction/engineering preferred)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with technical aptitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to understand technical project specifications and translate client needs
- Goal-oriented mindset with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness for client site visits
