Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in direct sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets
- Validated track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic English proficiency is advantageous
