Tanggung Jawab

  • Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of direct sales representatives to ensure high performance and morale.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective door-to-door sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
  • Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new talent to expand the sales team.
  • Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the product knowledge and sales techniques of team members.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets to ensure consistent achievement of company goals.
  • Client Relations: Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand market needs and feedback.

Kualifikasi

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in direct sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team under pressure.
  • Driving License: Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) is required for door-to-door activities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Self-Motivation: High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
