In this role, you will be the face of our premium internet services, helping local residents and businesses stay connected with reliable high-speed WiFi solutions.
We are looking for self-starters who thrive in field sales environments and are committed to hitting targets while providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for scouting new areas, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales to grow our local subscriber base.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential customers in the Ungasan area to promote and sell WiFi internet packages.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales performance targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
- Provide technical information and answer customer queries regarding plans, coverage, and installation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product features.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent degree.
- Proven experience in direct sales, field marketing, or retail is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Possess a customer-oriented mindset and a professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently in the field and remain self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis in the Badung/Ungasan area.
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable explaining technical services to non-technical users.
