As the Director of Analytics & Performance, you will oversee the full spectrum of analytics, from data architecture and governance to advanced predictive modeling and executive reporting. You will partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and operations to define KPIs, build robust dashboards, and ensure the organization is equipped to compete and win in a rapidly evolving landscape. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical knowledge, strong business acumen, and exceptional leadership capability. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for analytics, business intelligence, and performance management across the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of data analysts, data scientists, and BI engineers.
- Partner with executive leadership to translate business objectives into data-driven KPIs and actionable insights.
- Oversee the design and implementation of robust dashboards, reporting frameworks, and predictive models.
- Drive a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement by establishing rigorous A/B testing and attribution methodologies.
- Manage the analytics technology stack, ensuring data governance, quality, and security best practices are upheld.
- Present complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to non-technical stakeholders and the board.
- Identify and evaluate new tools, technologies, and partnerships to enhance the organization's analytical capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact analytical solutions that drive significant business growth or operational efficiency.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence decisions at the highest levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Experience building and leading diverse, high-performing teams across multiple locations or business functions.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision against immediate business needs in a fast-paced environment.
