- Develop and execute comprehensive automation strategies for semiconductor manufacturing facilities
- Lead implementation of Lights-Out Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives across APAC
- Oversee design, integration, and optimization of robotic systems and automated equipment
- Drive digital transformation through IoT, AI, and advanced data analytics in manufacturing
- Manage cross-functional teams of automation engineers and technical specialists
- Establish KPIs for automation efficiency, cost reduction, and production quality
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-generation manufacturing technologies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum 12 years in automation/robotics with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing automation
- Deep knowledge of Industry 4.0 frameworks, IoT integration, and digital twins
- Strong background in robotics programming, vision systems, and motion control
- Experience with SCADA systems, MES implementation, and data analytics
- Strategic planning skills with ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps
- Excellent project management and change leadership capabilities
