We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director, Commercial Sales to join our growing team in the Aviation MRO sector. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key strategic leader, managing a portfolio of high-value accounts. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and deepening relationships with existing key customers within the Philippines while aggressively identifying and developing new business opportunities across the broader APAC region.
As a solo contributor with high-level responsibilities, you will drive revenue growth by aligning commercial strategies with operational excellence. You will act as the face of our sales organization, ensuring our Aviation MRO services meet the rigorous demands of the commercial aviation industry. We are looking for a visionary leader who can navigate the complexities of the APAC market and deliver sustainable commercial results.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and retain a portfolio of key accounts in the Philippines, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within the APAC region, targeting new airlines, MRO providers, and OEMs.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor on aviation maintenance and operational solutions.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business cases to senior leadership to drive decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the Aviation MRO sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial sales, specifically within the Aviation MRO or Aerospace industry.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth in the APAC region.
- Strong network of contacts within the aviation and aerospace sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to work effectively as a solo contributor.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry conferences.
