Lead Enterprise Transformation at CGI

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will drive the strategy, sales, and delivery of complex ERP programs for our esteemed clients.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, helping them navigate their digital transformation journeys. You will lead the identification of incremental value in bids and proposals, masterfully guiding clients through RFP clarifications and technical presentations. Your keen eye for market trends will allow you to proactively identify opportunities, ensuring CGI remains at the forefront of ERP innovation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Strategically lead and manage complex end-to-end ERP consulting engagements across diverse industries.
- Drive business development by identifying additional value in bids, crafting compelling RFP responses, and delivering persuasive client presentations.
- Continuously monitor the opportunity pipeline and market trends to proactively offer innovative ERP solutions to existing and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strategic C-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on ERP best practices and digital transformation strategies.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of ERP consultants and technical architects.
- Oversee project financials, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure profitable and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with global CGI practices to integrate cross-border capabilities and best-in-class methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in ERP consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level capacity.
- Proven track record in presales, solutioning, and managing full-cycle RFP and bid processes.
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of leading ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and articulate value propositions to C-suite executives.
- Exceptional project management skills, including experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
- Willingness to work on-site in Santa Ana, Metro Manila, and travel as needed for client engagements.
