- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional go-to-market strategy for Data Analytics and AI solutions across APAC.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-caliber team of sales specialists to consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in target enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with global product teams to provide market insights that influence the product roadmap and competitive positioning.
- Manage complex sales cycles, ensuring high-impact delivery of cloud-native analytics solutions.
- Drive regional market awareness and cloud adoption through industry events, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships.
- Maintain operational excellence in pipeline management, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 8 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in selling complex data, analytics, or cloud infrastructure solutions to large enterprise organizations.
- Deep understanding of the APAC enterprise technology landscape and cultural business nuances.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire large, distributed teams in a high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
- Experience navigating large, matrixed organizations to drive cross-functional alignment.
